Physical, occupational & speech therapy at home

Therapy works better where life actually happens. Our licensed therapists treat in the patient's own home — practicing on the real stairs, the real kitchen, the real routines — on one plan of care coordinated with nursing.

Who it's for

For children with developmental needs and adults or elders rebuilding strength, speech, or independence after illness, injury, or surgery.

Conditions & situations we support

Home therapy serves patients rebuilding after a stroke, surgery, fracture, or long hospital stay, and children building skills for the first time. Physical therapists work on strength, balance, and walking — on the patient's actual stairs and floors. Occupational therapists rebuild the skills of daily life: dressing, cooking, writing, adapting the home itself. Speech therapists treat speech, language, and swallowing — from a child's articulation to an adult's post-stroke communication and safe eating. All three disciplines share one plan of care with our nursing team, so progress in therapy shows up in the whole plan.
