Conditions & situations we support
Our nurses care for patients leaving the hospital after surgery or trauma, patients living with diabetes, heart or lung disease, and anyone whose treatment continues at home: surgical wounds and pressure injuries that need sterile dressing changes, tracheostomies that need suctioning and supply management, central lines and PICC lines that need flushing and site care, catheters, ostomies, and feeding tubes. We administer and teach infusion therapy, draw labs when ordered, monitor vitals and symptoms between doctor visits, and report back to the physician so the plan of care keeps up with the patient. Every visit ends with teaching — the family should always know what we did and what to watch for.
